Multiple pregnacy in csection scar implantation?

I've experienced a few complications already in this short pregnancy. I'm only 5w3d but have been to the early gynae unit 4 times already. My HCG is going up nicely but I had a lot of bleeding which raised some concerns. All this time we couldn't see much except for a cyst in my ovary and a haematoma.

Today we could see what might be three gestational sacs. The problem, two of them are right next to my scar from a previous csection scar. The other one is right behind the haematoma inside the uterus lining.

Did anyone carry multiple babies where one or two were implanted near the csection scar?

I have to go back in on Monday to see what's gonna happen next. I obviously already had a Google and see that a viable pregnancy is possible but dangerous. Those studies I read about were only singletons though.

Anyone have any experience?
