Heartburn/Acid Reflux.. mine just started.. anyone else??

If it’s sudden I take tums. If I remember I try to take Pepcid morning and one a night

I’ve been taking Omeprazole 40 mg since the first trimester. It’s almost not touching it now. 😓

Mine started like at 10 weeks lol I’ve been taking Pepcid everyday since then (almost 26weeks now) and I also keep tums out, for faster relief.

I've heard almonds are 1) a really great snack, 2) really help with heart burn and acid reflux. I also drink a big glass of milk when it starts happening.
