Think I may have implantation bleeding 🤔

Currently 5 days away from my period I woke up this morning to light pink bleeding when I wiped. Along with lower back pain. Yesterday I took a test was negative I also had lower stomach cramping. Here is my glow calender what do you think . When should I test again??
