Helpppp

Hey! First time mum here so I’m new to it all! My little one is 7 weeks tomorrow and I feel like I’m going to have to stop breastfeeding! He mostly prefers the right boob but I always go between the two. I now have a blister looking thing on my nipple which is extremely painful! I started a course of antibiotics yesterday for it! So I have been pumping from the right blister boob and feeding him from the left! However, I noticed I now have another blister looking thing starting on my left nipple!!

Has anyone ever had anything like this and can offer help on what I can do?
