A1c and diabetes
For anyone who has diabetes is 9.6 a1c really seriously that high for diabetes and any advice on how I can bring it down naturally and fast. What kinds of foods should I eat to bring it down...I'm not diagnosed yet nor on medicine but I know since it's increased since last Feb I will be put on medication now😬
