So my sister is very young and waited until her third trimester to tell anyone that she was pregnant so we don’t have a ton of time to get her prepared.

She’s still in school and doesn’t have any money so I’ve been doing my best to make sure she has what she needs. She has a registry and we are doing a virtual baby shower next week so hopefully she’ll get some essentials sent to her.

I have bought her the large ticket items on her registry. Brand new, the exact ones she wanted. Crib, stroller, car seat, pack and play, etc.

I’ve spent a ton of money on helping her prepare. One big ticket item on her list is a glider. She picked out a $350 option bc it “matched her theme”. I get it you want the best

To make sure she has what she needed a co-worker was getting rid of the glider from her daughters nursery that she never used besides putting it together. It is the same color as the one she asked for just not the exact one.

Is it weird if I gift her this chair since it isn’t the one she wanted and it’s not brand new?
