At this point water gives me heartburn. Lol

Yup. I drink milk and helps calm it down!

With my first pregnancy. I had heartburn from the moment I was pregnant to months after delivery. My doctor said it was safe to take pepcid. This time spicy all day, no heartburn. I drink water heartburn so backwards. Tums and pepcid again.

Every night now. Tums have become my best friend

All the time and sometimes when I’m having a bad wave pass, I can hardly breathe through it. It was horrible yesterday but I just chugged water and ate something and it went away. Throughout the week I don’t get it as much because I usually reserve eating crappy foods for the weekend lol. I also eat more frequently through the weekdays and that seems to help. On the weekends, I have coffee (depending on where it’s from it gives me heartburn) and we usually go out somewhere for breakfast and I don’t eat again until dinner sometimes because I forget. The longer I take to eat after eating stuff like that, the worse it gets. I’ve noticed lately my morning oatmeal seems to bring it on sometimes too though.
