What kind of tuna is safe? I have a bunch of those tuna creation packets that are different flavors. I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant

I feed my daughter canned tuna, never worried about the kind because it's not like I'm giving it to her every day

Limit albacore tuna bc of its mercury content. You can look up online what the safe amount is per week, but I just stay away from it. 
You can eat as much chunk light tuna/skipjack tuna as you want.

My doctor said any kind was fine as long as it’s cooked. He said limit to once a week. But stay away from fish like swordfish and others high in mercury.
