Baby must haves

Question

I made my registry on Amazon. In your opinion what are some baby must haves?

Of course the obvious, like 
Wipes
Diapers( small packs of different brands until you find which ones work best)
2 Fitted crib sheets
2 Mattress protectors
Nursing cover (if breastfeeding)
Floor mat
High chair
Bumbo or sit me up seat
Stroller
Car seat
Things you don’t typically think about right away
Tylenol 
Nose frida ( #1 must have item. I really regret not having one with my first)
Saline nose spray
A good reliable thermometer

Everything the previous commenter said. Here are some things I purchased after baby arrived that made life easier:
A wipe dispenser (not a warmer). I absolutely recommend the oxotot one because it holds the giant pack if wipes. 
Changing pad liners, not the oval munchkin brand ones, those are too smal imo. I ordered two 4-packs of big rectangular ones for like $10 each pack. For those messy diaper changes and blowouts, it was so nice to take care of everything on the liner and I would fold it up to contain the mess while I put the clean diaper on. I also didn’t have to spray down the changing pad all the time.

We loved having a bouncer seat. Some of them play songs or vibrate. My daughter hated lying flat on her back so it kept her reclined a bit. Made time for me to get things done. 
Baby body carrier was a must for us. Great for outings. Beware of forward facing baby carriers. They can hurt babies hips. 
She also loved her activity mat early on.
A good baby monitor to keep your mind at ease. I wish we had gotten a video monitor early. Much better than audio only. 
Bassinet wise we loved the arms reach cosleeper. Much more convenient than a regular bassinet. 
Pacifiers if you prefer to have them. And maybe a couple of options for bottles. Some babies have preferences and you dont know until after they are born. My daughter drank breast milk out of Medela and Dr. Brown. She didnt like Playtex. We just got a couple 3 packs of bottles.
