When should I take a test?

Last period was 1/27. I tend to have very regular 28 day cycles. Had sex 2/3-2/9. Positive ovulation test on 2/9. Negative ovulation on 2/10 (according to my app 2/10 was my ovulation day). Do you think I could be pregnant and whats the earliest I should take a test??
