Hi everyone,

I'm writing as a concerned first time mommy to be... My first day of my last period was Dec. 29. I believe I conceived between 01/11/2021 - 01/18/2021. I'm very regular in my cycle and yes I can be a few days off sometimes but nothing out of the normal. According to my last period I would be at "6 weeks and 4 days" but realistically I am less than 6 weeks. AND they also noted I was under 6 weeks pregnant.

Last night I went to urgent care because for the first time I had some very light pink discharge, no cramping though or any other symptoms. It should also be noted that my husband and I had sex for three days at least prior to yesterday when this discharge came out. So I thought maybe it was just from irritation?

When I went in and they eventually got to the ultrasound via external and then internal, they noted a 7mm gestational sac but nothing in it yet. They said that it could either be I am still too early in my pregnancy to see anything viable or I had an early miscarriage at some point. Which was devastating.

Has anyone had experience with this? Did any of you have your yolk sac not develop till after 6 weeks or so? I keep reading so many different things and I want some input from experienced people.
