Pregnancy Test

I need some opinions on my test I see it and hubby sees it.

So I have PCOS and have been on Metformin haven’t had in the last month.. I got my period on the 31st jan and ended on the 4 Feb it was heavy there was more brown blood than anything.. I started to get some brown spotting a couple of days ago, and than today I have had a sore tummy and it’s about the time I start to test ovulation test, and I figured I might just to a pregnancy test too. These are my results.

They have been read with in the first 3 minutes could be 5. And it isn’t my first urine too.
