Please help! Does using saliva affect sperm ?

I watched a random documentary on sperm and conceiving lol (called The Great Sperm Race on YouTube) and they explain that saliva can kill sperm… but it takes a lot and it doesn’t necessarily kill everything... So, they basically say not to use saliva as a lubricant if you are struggling with fertility or conceiving... not necessarily if you are a normal healthy couple.

Didn’t have any affect on us. 3 babies conceived with lots of saliva involved lol.
