Skull theory & nub theory?

Curious mama here. What exactly are the skull & nub theory? Would someone care to explain both to me?

Simplified version, more round skull is girl less round more blocky is boy, the nub of its more parallel, flat it’s supposed to be a girl and if it sticks more upwards, has “stacking” supposed to be a boy!
