Breastfeeding (milk decrease?)

Question

So I have been breastfeeding for the last week and about three days ago I started stressing on if my son was getting enough and if I was producing enough (though my breasts were engorged!). I think it may have impacted my income of breast milk... they haven’t been as full. Any suggestions? Will my milk come back?

If you’re worried try pumping to see if you’re producing enough, also pumping increases milk supply

It’s completely normal for your breasts not to feel rock hard, it’s not that your supply has decreased it’s just regulating.
As long as baby is producing plenty of wet nappies every day they’re getting enough milk

It’s normal for your boobs not to feel full anymore.  You want your milk supply to level out so you don’t get clogs and mastitis.  If baby has plenty of wet and poopy diapers, and gets back to birth weight by 2 weeks old, and continued to gain from there, you’re doing just fine xx
