Inconsistent contractions?

Anyone having tons of contractions but they come and go? The last 3 days I’ve had on and off contractions. At night they are the most painful. Idk what to do. They will be consistent for hours. Then just slowly spread apart. It’s exhausting. ￼

Prodromal Labor! I'm having it now everyday & night again like I did last July with my son, I'm 37+5. I had it for 3 weeks for him and then was finally induced @ 39+3. It's absolutely exhausting.

Sounds like possibly prodromal labor. Some women have it the day(s) leading up to active labor, some have it off and on for weeks.

Yes! This started yesterday with me at 5:00am. They were every 5-10 minutes lasting 30-45 seconds and then after an hour they started to spread apart further and by afternoon it was once in a while

Same every 20 minutes then yesterday 3-8 minutes not painful just uncomfortable for hours I’ve only has a few today

Me!! I’m using a heating blanket. It started last night around 10:30 and wake up me up. They started off as 2-3 minutes apart lasting 45 seconds to a minute to every 5-10 minutes to more of a cramping pain. But the ones that hurt or back contractions I’m getting which are every 15-20 minutes. I’m supposed to wait it out. It sucks. 🥺💕🙏🏼

Yep! I even took off work early because I’m not full term yet and my job can be pretty physical so I just didn’t want to risk anything. I called labor and delivery and talked to my OB and they said rest, keep hydrated and empty my bladder. Which becomes a vicious cycle in itself lol. But every time another round starts I can’t help but think this is it how it felt with my first pregnancy when I went into labor and start to panic a bit. They told me as long as I can talk through them not to worry yet.

I get prodromal labor for weeks before going into active labor, it sucks 😕
