Why have I not had my period

Question

I have regular cycles but for some reason I am now 9 days late . This has never happened I have taken two pregnancy tests and both were negative. Any suggestions on what it could be ? Thank you

I'm in the same boat. I'm 23 days late. Never had a missed period in my life. Getting bloods done again and then asking for an ultrasound. Keep me posted. I hope you get some answers.

No one is immune to irregular cycles, no matter how regular you are. Stress, diet and exercise, trauma, hormones, tons of things can impact the menstrual cycle. The body is so delicate and imperfect and it is quite amazing that we have semi-regular cycles at all. You are quite okay! Just wait it out.
