We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We want 4 children if lucky enough to have them (male factor).

I've already had judgement about having my children so close together and when I mentioned wanting another to my parents they thought I was insane and told me to enjoy what I have instead. More than 2 children is seen as a large family where I live, especially with small age gaps.

I feel so strongly I want another 2 but the judgement is holding me back. I'm a people pleaser and I can't stand the thought of disappointing my parents.

I sound ridiculous as a woman in her mid 30s but respecting family is important where I'm from.

Anyone else getting judgment about their family plans?
