33 weeks and have high BP last few appointments. Had preeclampsia last pregnancy. My OB has me on bed rest.

Today, I am feel absolutely awful. Headache all day, saw a full array of spots at one point, BP is currently at 143/78. Since my OB is aware my pressure is high (office is closed until Monday, can’t speak to them until then) I am unsure if I should bother going in to labor and delivery.

What is a dangerous enough pressure I need to go to the hospital?
