So according to my LMP I am 6 wks exactly today. According to the ovulation test I was taking my LH Surge was 1/19 so I would be 5.4 weeks today. Either way this is the ultra sound from today and it looks like an empty GS. Is this normal at this no point?

I’m freaking out as I went today and saw no g sac but my levels are 199. So I have to go back in two test to do another blood test. I know people say it’s normal because I’m only 4w5d but it’s just that some people have saw theirs so it’s really worrying me.
