I’m 39+5 weeks pregnant and for the past two days I’ve felt the worst. I’ve had diarrhea for the past two days and lower abdomen pain which I thought was because of the diarrhea. Last night around 6 ive been getting sharp pains in my lower abdomen and sharp pains in my vagina and clitoris I’ve tried changing position of sitting and laying the pain doesn’t go. I also feel like I need to have a poop but nothing comes out when I go to the toilet.

Should I ring the hospital or could it just be braxton hicks
