Hey sweet mamas!! Due to the COVID-19 issues, my hospital has canceled classes and tours. Has anyone looked into online classes for first time mamas? I would like to do something like this to help my anxieties about labor. Or any tips you pros want to shove my way would be appreciated as well ❤️ it’s been discouraging because most people have felt the urge to tell me their horror stories about labor 😒 (I’m a hairstylist and clients just get too comfortable sometimes talking to you lol)
