I went in for an induction at 4:00am, was only 1cm dilated and still too thick so they started cervadil. Around 11:00am I started having really bad contractions and they wanted to try to get baby flipped, so we did some ball bouncing and squatting, contractions picked up around 12:00-12:15pm and I started vomiting and feeling dizzy so I was put back into bed. Once that happened baby’s heart rate kept dropping, they kept flipping me and that wasn’t working so about 6 nurses rush in and they have me sign a bunch of paperwork and told me we needed to go in for an emergency C-Section because baby’s heart rate was dropping. I was very scared because I’m a first time mom.! Me end hubby get rushed to the delivery room I get a shot placed in my spine with morphine and some numbing medicine and then it was go time.! I cried and hyperventilated so they had to give me anxiety meds too but my husband also did a good job calming me down. I finally heard her sweet cries and she was born at 13:48pm 51cm and 7lbs 10z.
