So I was diagnosed with a clotting disorder two years ago been on blood thinners ever since then I found out I was having twins and they are identical sharing the same sack so that made me extra high risk and now I found out I am super anemic and my iron is at a 7.6 so I’m extra overly high risk and I take thinners and iron infusions they tell me my amniotic fluid is low drink lots of water to try and see if it builds back up I been doing that I’m on babies number 6 and 7 I am so happy this is my last pregnancy being pregnant is very hard especially with twins I wish all you moms the best of luck
