Symptoms anyone?

Anyone else 4w3d and have symptoms already? I'm so hungry, like all the time! I have period like cramps and sometimes sharp ones lol, I'm also nauseous here and there. Dizziness, headache, backache also very very emotional. Is it too early to have symptoms? Omg I hope it's not twins 🤣

I'm ruffly 4 weeks 6 days and for a week now I been so hungry and emotional and morning sickness all the time , some cramps and back pain and hip pain , I crave Mexican and potatoes and sweets , this is my 10th pregnancy and I only have 4 living

My first pregnancy was nothing like this, my second pregnancy I miscarried at 8 weeks and I only had mild nausea.
