Freaking out! Anyone else experience this

When my baby was about 3-4 months I noticed a pea sized lump on his neck but it seemed to go away from what I could feel, now he's 11 months and it's back and visible when he turns his head(just noticed today) Google said it could be an enlarged lymph node but he hasn't been sick really ever other then after getting shots.
