Is this ok??

Hi!
I’m 6w4d today. We did an extra test today because we wanted to tell our parents but the test from today is way less dark then 2/3 is this ok?? We had an ultrasound friday and everything was great and the baby has a heartbeat.

It could be the hook effect.  Once you get too much hcg sometimes it affects the test and the line actually gets lighter.  The other day my test was lighter than before and was 6 weeks 1 day.

I diluted it with water and the line got darker.  Bottom line has half water.

I took test after test and stressed myself out; but the ultrasounds are what I go on now :). Try not to over think. But if you’re concerned go see your dr.
