Can i be pregnant while having 4 periods?

I have had a sexual act with my bf through clothes (i was wearing underwear)

The sexual act was in 17 October then my period came 31 then my period came again in December and November and now February but it’s completely different this month

I felt extreme pain and i took medications and the blood wasn’t heavy even in the past months

And I’m feeling some pain in my stomach and it’s bloated

And I can’t get pregnant because i live in a very strict society and sadly this could lead to my death I really need someone to calm me down I’m a mess
