Hey everyone so recently I’ve been wanting to take out my birth control because of mood swings, headaches, acne and just like an uncomfortable feeling I’ve been getting... also I would get anxiety attacks and I haven’t gotten them in about 2 or 3 years and roughly a month after getting it I had two anxiety attacks I don’t know if that is also a side affect of it but I would like to know if I take it out how long would the headaches last for or mood swings because I’ve been seeing all different kinds of stories and it just makes me more scared... the longer I have it in my arm the sooner I want to get this thing out of my arm. Please if any one has any suggestions of what I should do please let me know . Thank you
