How to Deal With PMS Anxiety?
I usually get anxiety before my period, most of the time it's me getting anxious about the risk of me being pregnant (we wear a condom and he pulls out, so idk why it's an anxiety for me), but this cycle is different. I'm having bad anxiety about nothing and now it's causing me to overthink. I've been up since three am, it's currently six am. Could you give me some tips on how to deal with it?

Edit: I am not worried about pregnancy right now. I'm just a bit anxious and it happens because of PMS.
