Bfp three days after “period”

Period came a day early at the beginning of this month and lasted 8 days (usually 6 but I have fibroids and take naproxen to shorten the length of my period but didn’t take them as I should have this cycle). It was a light to heavy to light flow as usual and the flow color looked like a normal period (day 7-8 was mainly light/spotting). On cycle day 9 I used a clearblue advanced ovulation stick and got peak fertility which was weird because it took me about 5 days or so to get that on my last cycle and I got high fertility first. Today, something told me to POAS so I used clearblue rapid detection and I got a positive. I’m almost convinced that I had an early miscarriage. Has this ever happened to anyone?
