Hey everyone, so I'm 9 weeks 2 days pregnant and I woke up this morning and felt a tiny little trickle I checked and saw I had passed very very dark red blood I went to the bathroom and it turned brown and now it's very very little and brown. I have a 3cm fibroid, and I had a 3cm subchrionic bleed at my last ultrasound. I'm super worried, got no pain either. Ironically this is the date my period usually comes. Can this be a miscarriage. I have yet to schedule my ultrasound for today. My last bleed scare I was at 8 weeks and they checked baby everything was OK I'm just so so scared right now. Any similar situations with anyone and it turned out well? My first two pregnancies were just fine this is a first for me and it's terrifying.
