Any suggestions?

I had baby number 6 dec 4th 2020 (2 months postpartum) I've struggled with my weight and losing it ever since I had my first son at 17 I'm now 30 my last pregnancy I gained 54lbs I was at 234lbs I've been busting my rump at home to loss weight and tone up but I seem to be stuck in my weight loss I'm now down to 203lbs but i cant seem to get past it.. I keep track of my carb intake and count calories only drink water and work out 4x a week am I missing something? Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? Also if anyone has any good toning exercises that could help with my belly and butt I'm all ears! Thanks in advance!!
