Dip in bbt???

Had a dip this morning, what could this mean?
Gone back up today 😱 but I also think I’m 10dpo not 6 like the apps saying 🤔

Implantation dips are more of a 'myth', and are actually very rare in reality! Ignore all temp fluctuations during your luteal phase (so many women over analyze, and consequently stress) over every little dip and rise after O. Ignore that! You only need to focus on the 3 elevated temps after O, and a substantial dip right before AF. (Or 16+ days of elevated temps signifies potential pregnancy) but all dips and blips in between do not need to be stressed about! Good luck!!!

Could very well be implantation dip but could just be normal for you.. I’m not trying to put a downer but I get a big dip every month so wanted you to not get hopes up

It may mean your period is coming early. Or it could just be a normal dip during your luteal phase and it will go back up until your period comes (or you get a positive pregnancy test).
