How long after flashing smiley do you ovulate?

So I have irregular cycles for one and last month I had a chemical pregnancy. Last month I ovulated on CD 23. Cycle before that CD 19..

I have used the cheap test strips and keep getting strong lines but never as dark as the control. Then it gets faint again I keep having this happen like my body is trying to ovulate and then doesnt.

Anyway I have the purple clearblue digital advanced ovulation test and this morning at 4am I got my flashing smiley.

I have looked at the line inside the test and done a few cheap tests too but they have either become quite strong and they faint a few hours later.

I’m just wondering how long after a flashing smiley did people get their peaks?
