What do I do??

My LO has had a hard time pooping he poops very hard and just a little ball. What can I do or give him?

I would add in higher fiber foods more often, like sweet potato, pumpkin,etc.. you also may be feeding too much, and need to give more liquid/less food for a bit. Maybe just experiment and see what works

My doctor recommended a teaspoon of flaxseed oil in their food.. seems to help my lo go when she constipated.

Talk to the pediatrician, but he may need a glycerine suppository.
