Drinking red wine while TTC, is it safe?

My husband and I have been TTC for about 4 months now. We’re both very healthy, take our vitamins, etc but I do love 1-2 glasses of wine a night. Would cutting out wine completely increase our chances of conceiving? I read online that sometimes alcohol can affect chances of implantation.

Nah girl you keep drinking that wine!! My fertility endocrinologist even suggests it. Helps us unwind, destress and often makes sex better (less inhibitions). Just stop drinking once you get your BFP! 🍷🍷🍷

I don’t think 1-2 glasses of red wine will cause any problems. It sounds like a lot of you say 7-14 glasses a week but it’s red wine. It’s not like you’re drinking Budweiser or vodka and you’re not finishing bottles nightly on your own. 
Sure stopping certain things like smoking is helpful, but there’s no reason to not live your life to it’s fullest until you get a positive test.

I wouldn't quit alcohol until you see pink, but 1-2 glasses a day is a lot even when not TTC. That's up to 14 drinks a week.. I would highly consider cutting down. Maybe try drinking weekends only? Friday, Saturday, sunday only?

I love wine too, but I think that’s a bit much while TTC. I’d limit it to one glass a night or just drinking on the weekends.
