Struggling with weight loss
I’m 8 months postpartum and I can’t seem to drop my baby weight. I did keto for a month and nothing. So I went back to clean eating and calorie counting. Somehow my weight went up. I exercise at the gym twice a week and another two days at home. I also jog about two miles each morning. I’m trying not to give up or have a complete breakdown. Has this happened to any of you? What did you do that helped?
