Hey ladies! Any help about this can really help ease my anxiety right now. What kind of skin irritation is this on my face? Has anyone else had a similar issue? I tried googling it and cannot find a close enough photo.

It came up two nights ago. Three days prior, I started using Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash because I’ve had some pretty bad pimples from wearing a mask at work in hopes that it would help. The second I saw a small reaction like this, I stopped using the product. But it started to almost spread all over the rest of my chin and around the mouth area.

I have not messed with it at all, nor popped any of these little whiteheads. It’s itchy. It’s uncomfortable. It’s a little hot. And the doctor at Urgent Care couldn’t give me a straight answer that I was hoping for 😢. Booking with dermatologist ASAP. But in the meantime to help my anxiety... can anyone help?
