iui vs ivf

So, have been ttc for almost 2 years. Went through 4 rounds of clomid. Next up we are supposed to start iui. We were supposed to start in March, but because of Insurance and them wanting more tests done, it’s being pushed to April. However, with all the reading I’ve done I’m wondering if I should go straight to ivf, since it has higher success rate. Can anyone share their experience with iui or ivf and how many rounds you went through before becoming pregnant

I just finished my second round of failed IUI.Me and my husband decided we will do 2 more rounds before we give up on IUI.It depends on your situation and your fertility diagnosis. When you get to the point of IUI or IVF you probably have been trying for a while, and you want to be pregnant like yesterday!It is hard to see failed cycles but I guess it’s less hard when IUI doesnt work. I wouldnt know how to handle mentally a failed IVF cycle.Everything is very hard but whatever option you choose, you are one step closer of getting that baby 🙏🏼

Did you try anything before iui? I tried 4 rounds of clomid and I was super hopefull. However, no luck. I’ve been told it’s unknown female infertility, all of my tests come back normal. Anyway, baby dust to you!!
