Hello everyone I’m new here ... Im 32 soon 33 and my bf and I have decided to start our family... I was cleared by my in that everything’s good on my end and to start trying.. He also gave me prenatal pills and told me to start having sex every other day from day 10 of my cycle... So we started this weekend.. Im praying it wont be a long journey but would like any tips and advice that anyone may have to offer ☺️ ... I did buy Ovulation strips and a basal temp thermometer but I’m not sure when i should use either 🤦🏾‍♀️ .. Thanks in advance for advice
