TTC no BBT
Is there a way to tell if I ovulated a day after my peak or 2 days after if I don’t do BBT?? I’m not asking in regards to testing, just want to start trying to plan out BD better.
(I have tried BBT and it’s not for me. My sleep schedule is that I don’t have one so it just doesn’t work for me) 😂
