Anyone here have a wrong harmony test result?

Harmony test says girl, but ultrasound tech never took a pic of the privates or said anything during our anatomy scan.

That’s odd. They should have confirmed gender. Call your nurse line and ask them to review the photo and tell you.
My doc forgot to tell me weight and length from my anatomy scan. I called the next day and the nurse was happy to tell me.

They checked at my 20 week ultrasound and he’s very much a boy. She said the genetic testing is always right

If it was part of NIPT they are really really accurate. (I’ve also seen way more false boys with sneak peek tests, due to sample contamination, false girl result is pretty unheard of). 
If it was a boy you also probably would have noticed at your 20 week ultrasound. Safe to say you’re having a girl. Congrats!
