Hi, I’m so anxious and scared.

So I’ve been on birth control pills since Feb 3 of 2020 meaning I’ve been taking pills for a year now. I haven’t missed any doses or anything rather than being late 45mins in some days due to sometimes I get home late.

On feb 9, 2020 I had sex and he ejaculated inside me and ever since that day I got pretty anxious because it was my first time having sex without a condom and him not pulling out.

Now it’s feb 16 and I sometimes feel sharp pains on my left ovary it comes and goes away. I checked my cm and it’s white like lotion texture.

I haven’t missed any pills but I’m having a pregnancy scare.

What could cause this pain on my left ovary? My period isn’t due till Feb 27.
