FTM here 😶

Currently 34 weeks & baby is head down but not engaged, but is in a C position.

Is this an okay position to be in or?

Plus can you dilate/thin out even if baby isn’t engaged?

I’ve been having constant braxton hicks since about 30weeks & lightning crotch, the pain & pressure down below is intense sometimes I thought maybe I was dilating but not sure if you can if baby isn’t engaged.

Again FTM here so please don’t be negative if my questions are stupid it’s all new to me.
