This has nothing to do with pregnancy... I don’t think .

But I’ve been having really bad pelvic pain every other month on my right side . It feels like a bloating sharp ache. In the middle and right side of my pelvis. Anyone experience this at all?? Pregnancy or not?

I’ve been to the dr twice about it and they tested me for STDs, checked for PID, cysts, my appendix. Nothing . My family dr said it could be Ovulation pain (mittelschmerz) but I’ve never experienced this ever before , it started happening out of no where in august 2020.

The pain didn’t seem to be happening when my predicted ovulation though. It has been a weekish before my period I’ve noticed.

Anyone have any advice or help??

I’m nervous the std test the drs did saying it was negative , was wrong ?
