I wanted to ask the community their experiences with bleeding after vaginal delivery. I have a 23 month old and with him I barely bled but with my second (daughter) I bled in the beginning normal after delivery then it stopped and then all of a sudden on Sunday I am bleeding more and it has became heavier. Is that my period or still the lochia? Oh and also i have became more hungry during this bleeding period which is weird to me because I don’t eat much at all in the beginning. Is there anything I can do to help with this?
