I love my father

He’s always put my brother and I first, and treated us well.

He’s not the touchie feely type, he shows love through acts.

He also like alone time.

And he doesn’t pry into our lives. That’s why we love him.

Our mom is needy, constantly needs attention, can’t be alone, and needs to be in on everything.

She wants our father to be the same.

Last night my father, who I have never EVER seen cry, broke down in tears because he felt like he was a terrible father, because that’s what my mother, his wife of over 30 years told him.
