Hey everyone. My last depo shot was in september, it ran out in december and I immediately had a period in January. I’ve been taking prenatals, geritol, and teas from time to time. I was recently active on the 13/14 , today I have little bleeding. Is this normal? I’m so confused on everything..

Me and my significant other are looking forwards to conceiving this year.. any tips or hopeful stories are greatly appreciated.
