Rash on LO cheek?

He's had it for almost 2 weeks now. Tried putting Vaseline but hasn't gone away

Calmoseptine cream is life changing. I use for severe diaper rash- and i applied a very light amount to babys cheeks when he got a teething rash- it was gone the next day.

My LO gets this too sometimes. Our doctor prescribed over the counter bacitracin zinc. It's an antibiotic ointment that's more effective than neosporin. They also gave us a topical steroid. We use it only when aquaphor doesn't help.

Is he teething? It looks like the teething rash my girl gets when she’s very close to cutting a tooth. I guess it would be on both cheeks though.

looks like baby eczema, or very dry skin i would call the pediatrician to be sure keep putting vaseline throughout the day keep baby’s face dry as you can
